Accessibility

Last Updated: October 11, 2026

12 Workspace is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to as many people as reasonably possible. This statement describes our approach, the measures we take, and how to reach us if you need assistance.

01

Accessibility Commitment

We believe digital experiences should be usable by everyone. We aim to design, build, and maintain our website and services with accessibility in mind, and to respond constructively when something gets in the way of that goal.

02

Accessibility Approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 Level AA as a practical accessibility target where appropriate. This is an internal target that guides our work. We do not claim formal certification, complete compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, or that every component meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA, unless independently verified.

03

Measures Taken

We aim to apply accessibility practices that include:

  • Semantic heading structure to support navigation.
  • Keyboard navigation for interactive components.
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
  • Accessible forms with associated labels and clear validation messages.
  • Color contrast chosen for readability.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Responsive layouts that adapt across screen sizes.
  • Understandable navigation.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
  • Accessible interactive components where practical.
  • Appropriate treatment of decorative imagery.

We describe a measure as implemented only after verifying it in our current website. Where a measure is still being refined, we describe it as an intended improvement rather than a completed fact.

04

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review and refine our website and services as content, technology, and standards evolve. We welcome feedback that helps us identify issues we may have missed.

05

Known Limitations

Some areas of our website or services may not yet be fully accessible to everyone. Third-party integrations and content may affect the experience in ways outside our direct control. We work to address limitations we become aware of and aim to provide reasonable alternatives where possible.

06

Requesting Assistance or Reporting an Issue

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website or services, or would like to request assistance, please contact 12 Workspace through the website contact form, or email us at support@12workspace.com. Please describe the issue and we will work with you to help.
